Scrutiny from public, media and charity regulators is intensifying

Andrew Hillier, Hillier Consulting’s director, is today (28 September 2016) addressing the annual seminar of the UK’s Larger Almshouse Charity Networking Group. And scrutiny from public, media and charity regulators has never been more rigorous.

The importance of corporate integrity and adherence to clearly stated values and mission

Andrew will discuss the importance of corporate integrity and adherence to clearly stated values, mission and vision. Research methodologies and stakeholder management strategies will be explained as will the essentials to building a successful brand. Brand value and the fragility of brands and corporate reputation will be examined with reference to contemporary case studies.

Messaging and the global 24/7 connectivity of digital, online and social media will be studied. A brief overview of crisis preparedness and crisis communications management, with references to real-life scenarios, will feature in the presentation.
