Hillier Consulting has designed and applied an updated livery to the newly re-equipped Ballinger Equine 4X4 vehicle fleet. The update to the livery is an improvement to the precision-cut vinyl and the pigments used for the graphics.

New vehicles, new livery graphics

Hillier Consulting client, Ballinger Equine, has upgraded its 2-type fleet of 4X4 vehicles which now comprises a combination of VW Amaroks and Isuzu D-MAXs. The two types of vehicle are supplied in dark blue-grey colour bodywork and the new livery features best possible contrast and visibility against the body colour. The liveries were also sized correctly to fit the two different vehicle types. The design applied to the trucks conforms to the same format as that currently applied to exterior building and car-park signage at the client business premises.

Work progressing on extended range of estate signage

Q4 2020 will see extended application of new estate signage at the client head office premises. Hillier Consulting is currently liaising with signage specialists Absolute UK Signs on the design, construction and installation of the new signage.

Hillier Consulting first designed vehicle signage for Collier Intek, the nationwide pub, restaurant and hotel fitting-out specialists before progressing to its largest such programme managing the design and application of the livery to the 300 vehicles, including articulated tractor-trailer units, of the B&H creameries fleet. Interior and exterior estate signage programmes have been completed for Ballinger Equine and Thorngate Churcher Trust.

Commenting on the Ballinger Equine project, Andrew Hillier said: “The vehicle liveries are intentionally minimalist and clear. Recognition of the Brian Grimwood designed horsehead logo is key when the vehicles are in traffic, attending major equestrian sporting events or visiting busy client premises and equine hospitals. The reproduction of the supplied artwork to the precisely cut and coloured vinyl is excellent.”

As Ballinger Equine’s equine veterinary practice expands, so the vehicle fleet will increase in size and the livery programme will be extended under Hillier Consulting’s management.
